What printing methods do you offer? +
We offer screen printing, embroidery and DTF transfers depending on the design, garment and quantity required. We also offer finishing services including relabelling, folding, bagging and Australia-wide delivery. If you're unsure which method is best, our team can help guide you.
Do you have minimum order quantities? +
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the printing method. Screen printing starts from 20 units. Embroidery starts from 10 units. DTF transfers have no minimum order, making it ideal for smaller runs and single pieces.
Can I supply my own garments? +
Yes, customers can supply their own garments if preferred. However, we generally recommend sourcing garments through us to ensure they are suitable for printing and embroidery. Please note that High Tee cannot be held responsible for damage, misprints or issues that may occur when printing on customer-supplied items.
How long does production take? +
Turnaround times vary depending on the size of the order, garment availability and the printing method. Our team will provide clear timelines when quoting your job. If you're working to a specific deadline, let us know when enquiring and we'll always do our best to accommodate.
Do you help with choosing garments? +
Yes. We work with a wide range of garment suppliers and can help you choose the best option based on your design, budget and how the garments will be used.
What artwork do you need? +
For the best printing results we recommend supplying artwork in vector format - AI, EPS or PDF files. If your artwork is a raster file (PNG, JPG or Photoshop), it should be supplied at 300dpi at the final print size or larger. If you're unsure, simply send us what you have and our team can review it.
Can you help prepare my artwork? +
Yes. If your artwork needs adjustments for printing, we can assist with preparing it to ensure the best possible result. Just let us know when you enquire.
Do you offer finishing services? +
Yes. We offer relabelling, folding, bagging and Australia-wide delivery to help prepare garments for retail, distribution or events.
Do you ship Australia-wide? +
Yes, we organise delivery across Australia for completed orders. You can also pick up directly from our studio in West Footscray, Melbourne.

Terms &
Conditions

These terms outline how we work at High Tee and help ensure a smooth process for both our team and our customers.

Quotes

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change depending on garment availability, artwork adjustments or changes to order quantities.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving artwork proofs before production begins. Once artwork has been approved, High Tee is not responsible for any errors including spelling, colours or design placement.

Production & Lead Times

Production times may vary depending on order size, garment availability and printing method. Estimated turnaround times will be provided when quoting. If you are working to a specific deadline, please let us know when placing your order.

Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the printing method and garment type.

  • Screen printing: from 20 units
  • Embroidery: from 10 units
  • DTF transfers: no minimum

Garment Supply

Customers may supply their own garments, however High Tee cannot be held responsible for damage, misprints or issues that may occur when printing on customer-supplied items.

Colour Matching

While we take care to achieve accurate colours, exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed due to differences in inks, materials and garment colours.

Payments

Orders require a minimum 50% deposit before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid prior to collection or delivery. Credit card payments incur a 2.2% processing fee. EFT bank transfers are also available with no additional fees.

Returns & Claims

Any issues with orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. Garments must be returned to our West Footscray office for inspection before any replacement or credit can be issued. Items must not have been worn or washed.

Delivery

High Tee can organise shipping across Australia. Once orders have been dispatched, High Tee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Production Variations

Due to the nature of garment printing, slight variations in print placement, colour and sizing may occur. These are considered normal within the production process.

Quantity Variations

While we aim to supply the exact quantity ordered, a small variation of up to 3% over or under the requested quantity may occur during production. Customers will only be charged for the actual number of garments supplied.
