We keep it straightforward. Here's how a job goes from enquiry to your door.

Step by Step

From Enquiry
to Your Door.

Step One
Enquiry
Reach out via email or our quote form. Tell us what you need printed, how many, and when. The more info the better, but we'll ask the right questions either way.

Step Two
Quote Provided
We'll review your brief and come back with a clear, itemised quote. No hidden costs. If there are multiple options worth considering, we'll walk you through them.

Step Three
Deposit Paid
Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% deposit locks in your job and gets production scheduled. The remaining balance is due before collection or delivery.

Step Four
Artwork Approval
We'll send you a proof to review before anything goes to print. You check it carefully - once you approve, we're off. Any issues with spelling, placement or colours need to be raised at this stage.

Step Five
Production
Your job goes through production. We'll keep you updated on timing and flag anything unexpected. We take the same care with every order - big or small.

Step Six
Delivery or Pickup
Pick up from our West Footscray studio, or we'll organise delivery to you anywhere in Australia. Balance is due before goods leave our door.

Artwork Requirements

Getting Your
Artwork Right.

For the best printing results, we recommend supplying artwork in vector format - AI, EPS or PDF. Vector artwork can be scaled without losing quality and ensures clean, sharp prints.

If your artwork is a raster file (PNG, JPG or Photoshop), supply it at 300dpi at the final print size or larger. Not sure? Send us what you have and we'll advise.
